Worth writing about

• A translation that is wrong. Paste the original line and what the tool turned it into — that is enough to fix it.
• A phrase we are missing. Jargon you hear at work that the list does not cover yet.
• Something that did not work. Which page, which browser, and what you expected to happen.
• A lesson that did not land. If an explanation left you more confused, say where it lost you.

What happens next

Mail goes to one inbox and is usually answered within a few days. There is no support team and no ticket number — if the reply is slow, it is one person being slow, not a queue.

What not to send

Please do not send anything confidential. If you are reporting a bad translation, a line or two is plenty — no need for the whole email it came from.
